I have the pleasure of helping people solve their real estate needs, questions, plans and goals.

Just me.  If you want to talk to the boss, here I am.

1984

 

Who is your ideal customer?  

My ideal customer is anyone with a question about how buying or selling real estate can help them with their long range or short term plans and goals.

 

What is unique about your business that you feel distinguishes you among others offering similar products or services

My approach is YOU or OTHERS centered.  I will give you my honest opinion based on 26 years of experience.  You decide what’s best for you.  I want my clients to feel like they are the only people I am working with at the time.

I am a Realtor, not an agent.  Do you know the difference?  Ask me, I will explain.

I have two beautiful daughters who are married and each have two children – a boy and girl each.  I really enjoy my family every chance I can get.  Grandchildren are so much fun.  I am very thankful for the four healthy grandchildren I have.

Tell us something that would surprise others to learn about you

I can talk “Donald Duck” and I taught my best friend to talk it in the 4th grade.  Somehow, I am never called upon to interpret for anyone.  My friend, who is a retired elementary school principal from the Northshore School District and I can still carry on a limited conversation with our “quacky” voices.  Life has to be fun!
