Short description of your business:

I provide a full range of Human Resource services.  My goal is to allow you to focus on your business and what you love, knowing that the responsibilities that fall into human resources are being taken care of.  I help with employee issues, policy and procedure development, hiring, discipline, terminations, compensation and benefits, training, etc….all aimed at achieving workplace excellence.

Business owners that strive for workplace excellence and who want to focus on what they do best.

 

What is unique about your business that you feel distinguishes you among others offering similar products or services?

I believe in establishing meaningful relationships with those that I work with.  I enjoy getting to know the company and its culture, so that my services can be most beneficial.

 

Tell us something that would surprise people about your business: Our ‘legal’ name is Bravo Zulu Solutions….my dad (co-owner) was in the Navy…and thought this would be a great name…  Someday I will get around to changing it!

I have been married since 1997, have a son, daughter, and stepson, 2 cats and a dog.

 

Personal interests or hobbies:

I enjoy teaching gymnastics, playing board games, and wine tasting with friends.

If money were no obstacle, what would you do?

I would still be doing what I am currently doing – but would probably plan more vacations with the family, maybe buy an RV and randomly explore the country!

Nothing terribly exciting….but I did caravan with extended family to South Dakota in one week….
