Abstract: Evergreen’s Rehabilitation Services span a number of different programs, including both inpatient and outpatient therapy, the Acute Rehabilitation Unit, Home Health Services and Cardiac Rehabilitation. The Head Injury and Rehabilitation Center provides therapy and neurological services for patients recovering from stroke or traumatic head injury. The Booth Gardner Parkinson’s Care Center provides a complete range of therapy for those dealing with Parkinson’s disease or other movement disorders. A referral from a physician or allied health care provider is required to begin rehabilitation services. |

Abstract:
Quality Care Physical Therapy offers support to help restore function, improve mobility, alleviate pain and reduce or prevent dysfunction often sustained from various injuries. Many patients include persons with sports-related injuries, degenerative conditions such as lower back and neck pain, arthritis, and persons who have been victims of motor vehicle accidents. Specialties include: sports rehabilitation, orthopaedics, movement analysis, manual therapy, home exercise programs, SI joint dysfunction, and spine rehabilitation. New services include massage therapy. |
